JITRI Micro-Nano Institute

The Institute of Micro-Nano Automation System and Equipment Technology of JITRI (referred to as “JITRI Micro-Nano Institute”) is an international, R&D-focused enterprise. It was jointly established by JITRI (Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute), Suzhou High-speed Rail New Town, and technology team in Feb. 2018.

JITRI Micro-Nano Institute specializes in developing high-end equipment platforms that integrate robotics, mechanics, optics, electronics, sensing, imaging and computing technologies. Their precision instruments are applied to industries such as biomedicine, high-end equipment, new energy, new materials and new generation information technology. The three major R&D themes are precision manipulation, manufacturing, and measurement at micro and nano scales. The Institute has gathered a group of technical talents from across the world, who are dedicated to R&D and technology transfer. They invent transformative core technologies to meet market demands, transfer technologies to industry, establish companies to commercialize their technologies, and train highly skilled personnel. The Institute strives to grow into a world-class R&D center that attracts technical leaders globally and conducts successful commercialization with long-term sustainability.

Achievements

Since its establishment, the company has started over 28 R&D projects, which has related to develop 187 intellectual property rights (pct17 and 100 inventions), and achieved three great achievements, and won 57 person times awards, including 23 person times Provincial level.

1、In 2018, it was awarded the title of key entrepreneurial team of Yangcheng Lake.
2、In 2018, it was awarded as a new R & D institution in Suzhou.
3、In 2019, it was awarded as the "innovation entrepreneurship team" of Jiangsu Province.
4、In 2020, it was awarded as the demonstration bases of Suzhou industry-university-institute cooperation.
5、In 2021, it was awarded as Suzhou innovation team.
