        On November 19, the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government held a compound and large-institution cooperation development conference, and released the "Suzhou·College-University Cooperation Heat Map" and the Suzhou compound-institute cooperation policy, including school-local cooperation and major technological innovation cooperation carriers, 112 projects including the cooperation projects were signed and settled in the Soviet Union, with a total investment of 57.5 billion yuan. The China Association for the Promotion of Industry-University-Research Cooperation awarded Suzhou the title of "China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Model City" and issued the "China·Industry-University-Research Cooperation Suzhou Declaration".
