Job Content:
1. Develop customers, understand customer needs, and provide application solutions around the company's product and technical advantages;
2. Collect and analyze potential customer information, competitor information, market trend information, etc., and submit corresponding reports;
3. Carry out the whole process activities of precision instrument sales (product demonstration, scheme explanation, quotation, contract signing, contract follow-up, acceptance and delivery, after-sales customer maintenance, collection, etc.);
4. Achieve sales objectives and other assessment objectives according to the company's requirements;
5. Plan and organize marketing promotion activities, such as exhibitions and academic conferences;
6. Provide guiding suggestions on product R & D and market development from the perspective of sales and customer needs;
7. Other work required by leaders.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of sales experience in the sales of precision instruments, precision motion positioning platforms and precision optical systems related to scanning electron microscopy;
2. Have outstanding sales experience in precision instruments and equipment in universities and scientific research institutes (such as scanning electron microscope / projection electron microscope and its accessories, precision motion positioning platform, nano indentation instrument, atomic force microscope, optical components, precision optical instruments, etc.);
3. Have strong market analysis, marketing and promotion ability and good interpersonal communication and coordination ability;
4. Good teamwork spirit and certain team leadership ability;
5. Fluent oral English communication, good English writing ability is preferred;
6. Strong learning ability, enterprising and strong professional ethics.

Overseas Sales Engineer / Manager (Scientific Research Instrument)

1. Develop overseas customers, maintain existing customer relations and tap overseas markets;

Sales Engineer / Manager (Medical Device)
Job Content:
Position information (people with strong sales performance can be promoted quickly, and there is a lot of room for position development)
1. Achieve / exceed the sales target issued by the company (minimally invasive stapler and its related parts);
2. Make daily visits and sales to target hospitals in domestic jurisdictions, and do a good job in daily work;
